How long does it take for you to build a website?  Turn-around time varies based on the package you select.  The less pages you require, the quicker the turn-       around time.  The short answer is a site can be done in as little as a week.  How much longer depends on       what you need!    Top  Do you meet with me so I can share my ideas to help with the design of the site?  Absolutely.  The length of the consultation varies based on the package you choose, but we will always meet       with you to ensure you get what you want.    Top   How much customization is available?   We offer simple, effecient sites for people looking to have a presence on the internet.  Most of our       customization comes in the form of content, layout, basic graphics, and things of that nature.  We can even       do simple shopping carts using Paypal.  We do not do anything fancy.  We save that for the full service web       designers who charge thousands of dollars for their services.    Top   I know nothing about getting my business online.  I understand you will design the site for me, but how will I       know what to do to get my domain registered etc?   No problem.  We are here to help!  We offer turn-key packages and will handle everything so you do not       have to!    Top   I already have a website, but I hate it.  I would like a new one designed.  Is this possible?   Absolutely.  We would meet with you to assess your needs we would simply design a new site for you!  After       design is completed we will upload it and overwrite your old site!    Top   I do not live in your area but I wish to have DC Web Design create my website.  How can I meet with you?   Most consultations will be over the phone, but in these cases your consultation will definitely be done over       the phone!    Top   How do we pay for your services?   Payment can be made one of several ways.  We accept credit cards via Paypal.com.  We also accept cash       or checks in person.  All invoices paid via credit card will be charged an additional 3.5% processing fee. Top   Do we pay the entire invoice up front?   No.  We ask for 75% at contract, then the remaining 25% once design is complete.  Once the invoice is paid       in full your site will be then be uploaded and live!    Top        Once the design is complete, do I get a copy of the website code?   We can sell you the code, but keep in mind that if we do that we cannot assist you with the maintenance and       updating of the site.  The purchase price varies and is 5 times the design price.  For example, if the contract       price for your site is $500, the code is available for purchase for $2500.  Once you purchase the site code       from us it is 100% yours (although we retain a copy for our records).
