Q. How much do
you charge for your templates?
A. That depends on which template
you are interested in. To see all of our
options along with pricing information, please
visit out
Templates page.
Q. If I choose to have
DC Web Design complete
my template, how much will it
cost and how long will it take?
A. Again, it is going to depend. It will all come
down to how much customization
you need, how many products you are going to
offer for sale, and so on. They
will be able to work with you to give you an
estimate before they begin work.
Q. What happens if I change my mind and
decide not to have DC Web
Design
complete my template?
A. No problem! If you change your mind and wish to
purchase the template, the
amount you paid for that option will be applied
to the template purchase
option and you only need to pay the difference!
Q. Which shopping cart system will
DC Web Design implement
on my page?
A. DC Web Design
only offers integration with Paypal shopping carts. For
new
business we have found that Paypal is the easiest
and one of the most cost
effective ways to begin accepting credit cards.
Q. I chose to purchase the template.
How do I edit it?
A. If you are trying to edit it yourself, you will need to
have some way to edit
HTML. If you are good with code, you can do
this in something as basic as
Notepad or MS Word. If you are not good
with code then you'll need an
HTML editor. Of course you can also hire
your own web designer who can
finish the templates for you.
Q. I am good with HTML myself... why do
I need to buy your templates?
A. Easy answer is that you likely do not. If you are
that good with creating
websites you do not need our template. In
fact, we would prefer you did NOT
purchase our templates as they are not really
designed for someone like you.
We aim our products more towards the
beginner/intermediate internet user
who has never had an e-commerce business before.
Q. I have changed my mind and would
like a refund. How can this be
processed?
A. Due to the nature of our business model, we do not
offer refunds on our
templates. If there is an issue we would be
happy to assist you. If you need
advice on some other subjects, we are happy to
point you to one of our sister
companies who can help you get over that hurdle
and get you up and
running!
Q. How do you deliver the materials
included with my purchase?
A. That will depend on which option you choose. If
you are having DC Web
Design finish your template you will receive an
email with the
documentation. If you purchased the
template, you will receive an email with
everything (HTML and documents) plus you have the
option of purchasing a
CD.
Q. If I purchase a template for you and
complete them on my own, do I need to
leave the link to
DC Web Design on the
bottom of my pages?
A. You do not, however, if you do leave them there and you
email us when you
are up and running, after we verify the link is
still valid and working we will
add your business to our Links section on DCSC
Enterprises site which
means advertising for you as well!! It's
basically a link swap which is very
common with e-commerce businesses.
